To transport a guest from the bottom cable car station to the mountain station is one thing. To give him a good feeling by doing so another. For the around 220 seasonal workers and 60 permanent staff of Arosa Bergbahnen AG, their biggest motivation in that respect, is not to fulfil the guests' expectations but to exceed them.
